Two tragedies for Malaysia in a span of 132 days. This is unprecedented and sad for the families that lose their love ones in MH370 and MH17. One happen on 8 March 2014 and another on 17 July 2014.
A total of 534 lives are killed (239 + 295). Air transport used to be the safest transport in the world, now, no longer one. If you do a search on wikipedia, you may be shock to find out that in a year, an average of 10-30 commercial flights accidents happen, nearly every year. For 2014, up to July 17, there are four commercial flight accidents.
So, and both may not even be due to technical problems. One was missing and one was shot down. It is man-made disasters. What is happening?
Let us hope no more for many years to come.
