SOS Killed for their Belief

Why would the Chinese Communist Party CCP persecutes the Falun Gong practitioners? Let me clarify, Falun Gong is a spiritual practice started in China in 1992 and spread around the world since 1994 and broadly accepted by many countries (including China in the earlier years). Its popularity is due to the benefits attained by the practitioners and spread by word of mouth.

Falun Gong or Falun Dafa principally follow the the guidance of the universal principles of Truthfulness, Compassionate and Forbearance. There is no force or formality in joining or leaving the practice and furthermore it is free (all can be downloaded from internet, www.falundafa.org). The practitioners have no political motives as they are merely require a place to practice the exercises and improve their moral character. It is well accepted by many countries outside Mainland China and received a couple of appreciation awards.

Why the CCP banned Falun Gong in July 1999? As we are aware, majority of the people living in China no longer believe CCP as its existence is only to maintain its political power. In order to know better, one have to understand the background of the former president, Jiang Zemin and CCP. During the Tiananmen Square Massacre in 1989, Jiang became the general secretary of CCP through suppressing a liberal newspaper, the World Economic Herald, putting the leader of the People's Congress, Wan Li, under house arrest and supporting the massacre. Over the past 15 years, Jiang has conducted wanton suppression and killing of all dissidents and groups who hold independent beliefs, in the name of "stability as the overriding priority." Both Jiang and CCP share similar, disgraceful origins and history. Because of this both share an acute sense of insecurity regarding their power.

People with Righteous Beliefs are FEARLESS, while the CCP relies on People's fear to maintain its POLITICAL POWER.

More than 100 million people were attracted to Falun Gong and started the practice. Falun Gong is a mirror of righteousness which by its very nature reveals all the unrighteousness of the CCP.

The CCP was extremely envy of the way Falun Gong was spread and managed. Hence, the CCP considers Falun Gong's theism a threat to the Legitimacy of the communist regime.

SOS What did CCP done for the last 80 years?

Below is a true story about Chinese Communist Party everyone need to know about. Do take some time to understand what is behind a country which is going to be an economic power in the world. For further detail please read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party in the free newspaper www.theepochtimes.com

More than a decade after the fall of the former Soviet Union and Eastern European communist regimes, the international communist movement has been spurned worldwide. The demise of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is only a matter of time.

Nevertheless, before its complete collapse, the CCP is trying to tie its fate to the Chinese nation, with its 5000 years of civilization. This is a disaster for the Chinese people. The Chinese people must now face the impending questions of how to view the CCP, how to evolve China into a society without the CCP, and how to pass on the Chinese heritage. The Epoch Times is now publishing a special editorial series, “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party.” Before the lid is laid on the coffin of the CCP, we wish to pass a final judgment on it and on the international communist movement, which has been a scourge to humanity for over a century.

Throughout its 80-plus years, everything the CCP has touched has been marred with lies, wars, famine, tyranny, massacre and terror. Traditional faiths and principles have been violently destroyed. Original ethical concepts and social structures have been disintegrated by force. Empathy, love and harmony among people have been twisted into struggle and hatred. Veneration and appreciation of the heaven and earth have been replaced by an arrogant desire to “fight with heaven and earth.” The result has been a total collapse of social, moral and ecological systems, and a profound crisis for the Chinese people, and indeed for humanity. All these calamities have been brought about through the deliberate planning, organization, and control of the CCP.

As a famous Chinese poem goes, “Deeply I sigh in vain for the falling flowers.” The end is near for the communist regime, which is barely struggling to survive. The days before its collapse are numbered. The Epoch Times believes the time is now ripe, before the CCP’s total demise, for a comprehensive look back, in order to fully expose how this largest cult in history has embodied the wickedness of all times and places. We hope that those who are still deceived by the CCP will now see its nature clearly, purge its poison from their spirits, extricate their minds from its evil control, free themselves from the shackles of terror, and abandon for good all illusions about it.

The CCP’s rule is the darkest and the most ridiculous page in Chinese history. Among its unending list of crimes, the vilest must be its persecution of Falun Gong. In persecuting “Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance” Jiang Zemin has driven the last nail into the CCP’s coffin. The Epoch Times believes that by understanding the true history of the CCP, we can help prevent such tragedies from ever recurring. At the same time, we hope each one of us would reflect on our innermost thoughts and examine whether our cowardice and compromise have made us accomplices in many tragedies that could have been avoided.

The titles of the “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party” are:

1. On What the Communist Party Is
2. On the Beginnings of the Chinese Communist Party
3. On the Tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party
4. On How the Communist Party Is an Anti-Universe Force
5. On the Collusion of Jiang Zemin with the Chinese Communist Party to Persecute Falun Gong
6. On How the Chinese Communist Party Destroyed Traditional Culture
7. On the Chinese Communist Party’s History of Killing
8. On How the Chinese Communist Party Is an Evil Cult
9. On the Unscrupulous Nature of the Chinese Communist Party

SOS the korean story

http://www.ept.ms/roBjuT

http://www.theepochtimes.com/n2/world/hong-younghee-traditional-korean-living-59266.html

Hong Younghee lives in a famous, historic house in the South Korean countryside. She opens her house to the public as a historical site and a tea-house and every day of the year people from all over the world come to visit. Mrs Hong is also a practitioner of Falun Gong and a passionate advocate of human rights in China. She informs everyone who visits her house about the persecution of Falun Gong in China and encourages them to step forward and add their voices to the call for an end to the brutality.

Hong Younghee is used to the quiet life. She has lived in traditional Korean houses called Hanok all her life. Hanok are made of wood, mud and stone. The toilet is outside and the doors and windows are made of paper. Despite living in the "most wired" country in the world, where many homes have robot vacuum cleaners and internet-connected fridges, bees and butterflies flit through her house on sunny days and a small bat sometimes roosts in her main room. She wears the traditional Korean dress known as Hanbok all day while she works and grows her own vegetables. Never in her life has she called a modern house or apartment home. While she loves the lifestyle, she hasn't always found it easy.

"My sister lives in a modern apartment." She laughs, "The first time I visited her apartment, I really loved having the toilet and bathroom inside and so close to hand. Everything was so convenient."

Hong Younghee's house is not only traditional, beautiful and old, but it also historically significant. It is recognized by the South Korean government as "Important Folklore Material No. 134". It was built in the 1920s by Seon Byeongguk, her husband's grandfather. At the time he was one of the richest and most powerful men in Korea.

The most striking feature of the house is the pair of massive horizontal beams that support the roof from the inside. They are made of single, massive un-straightened tree trunks which were simply debarked, cured and then polished to reveal their innate beauty. There is no ceiling so these beams are visible, snaking above the main room like oriental dragons.

Many other details of the house's design are unusual. The stone foundation is particularly high and prominent, the wooden pillars that support the roof on the exterior of the house are unusually thick and round; double beams run down the interior of the house where usually there would be only one. All of these details are unique—the only other houses that have them were built for the Korean royal family.

Hong Younghee's day starts at 4am with Falun Gong excercises and meditation on the village school-ground. In the past she suffered from food allergies, nausea, and stomach problems. She would often feel weak and lethargic and she frequently fainted. All of her hair turned white and she looked far older than her actual age. After taking up the practice of Falun Gong her symptoms improved and eventually disappeared. She now has no problems with her stomach, has not fainted in years and will even run easily if she is in a rush. Remarkably, her hair even started to turn dark again and is now mostly black once more.

Because of the benefits she has gained through her practice of Falun Gong, Hong Younghee says she feels a responsibility to tell people about the persecution of Falun Gong in China. She speaks to all her customers about it and gives them flyers with information about the Chinese regime’s human rights abuses. She collects signatures for petitions and she will teach the Falun Gong excercises to anyone who wishes to learn.

"I want everyone to know the truth and to join the campaign to stop the persecution of Falun Gong. Too many people have had their organs stolen and their bodies burned," she says, "I hope this violence will stop and will not occur ever again...If people cannot believe in truthfulness, compassion and tolerance, what is there to believe in?"

SOS Is the right Spiritual Practice good for you?

FAQ

Q: Do you have to do it outdoors

A: No, though outdoor practice is encouraged. Falun Dafa exercises and meditation can be done anywhere, anytime.

A: No, you don't. The teachings of Falun Dafa have been translated into thirty-some languages, and the instructions for its exercises are available in a number of languages or can be taught by a local volunteer.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: All Falun Dafa books are available to read online and download free of charge. They are also carried in many major libraries. All Falun Dafa workshops, exercise sessions, and related events are always free of charge.

Q: How long does it take to learn?

A: The exercises and meditation can be learned fairly well in an hour or two, and perfected over the course of about a week or so. The primary teachings, as set forth in the books Falun Gong and Zhuan Falun, can be read in several sittings. Mastery of these, of course, is a lifelong process of spiritual development.

Q: How long does it take to practice the exercises each day?

A: There is no set amount of time required for practice. The full session of exercise music, if one wishes to listen to it while practicing (which is recommended), is one hour for the four standing exercises, and one hour for the meditation. Shorter versions of each can be downloaded from the Internet. Regular, daily practice is of course best, but any amount that can be fit into a busy schedule will bring benefits.

Q: Will this interfere with the practice of my religious beliefs

A: People of any faith tradition are welcome to learn Falun Dafa. Whether someone decides to focus exclusively on the practice of Falun Dafa at some point is always a personal choice.

Q: Can young children practice it?

A: Certainly. Many parents testify that Falun Dafa is a wonderful source of improvement in their child's life. Many children learn the exercises quickly and enjoy the sensations of energy and calm they bring; some parents relay that Falun Dafa is the first thing that got their child to sit still.

Q: Why does the Falun look like a swastika?

A: The swastika is an ancient symbol of good fortune embraced through the ages by cultures around the world. Swastikas have adorned Buddha statues for many centuries, long before the symbol was misappropriated and tragically associated with the horrors of the Holocaust. The symbol's true meaning is embodied in the Falun emblem. Learn more here.

Q: Who is Mr. Li Hongzhi?

A: Mr. Li Hongzhi is the founder and Master of Falun Dafa. He first taught the practice to the general public in 1992 in northeastern China in the city of Changchun. He is the recipient of numerous awards and citations for his efforts to promote human betterment. Mr. Li Hongzhi has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize and the Sakharov Prize For Freedom of Thought.

Q: Why is Mr. Li Hongzhi referred to as "Master"?

A: This is a common honorific in China for any accomplished instructor in any of a variety of skilled arts—such as the martial arts, Tai-chi, or qigong—or religious disciplines, such as Buddhism or Daoism.

Q: Why is Falun Dafa persecuted in China?

A: The complex rationale behind the persecution can be broken into four elements: a paranoid dictator's fear of Falun Gong's meteoric growth and soaring popularity; that same dictator's intense jealousy of Falun Dafa's popularity; the inherent conflict between the communist regime's savage political ideology and its polar opposite—Falun Dafa's principles of "Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance"; and the very nature of communism, which to sustain itself requires periodically labeling a small segment of the population as the "class enemy" to "struggle" against. I have practised it for about 6 years, and it benefits my physical health and mind as well. It is not a matter what I believe is important, give it a try and experience the positive changes to your mind and body that is more important. Of course, where one takes it up or not, it is predestined. I can only say that I am one of the fortunate one.
